The terms that apply when you use skwee.in and shop with us.

Welcome to SKWEE. By accessing or using skwee.in and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

About Us

SKWEE is operated by Skwii Retail Private Limited, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Skwii Retail Private Limited.

Products & pricing

  • We aim to display products, colours and prices accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screens and photography.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without notice. Applicable taxes are included unless stated otherwise.
  • Product images are for reference only; actual colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline an order at our discretion.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may correct it. Where an order was placed at the incorrect price, we may cancel it and issue a full refund.

Orders & payment

Your order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received. If we cannot fulfil an order, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.

We may refuse or cancel an order - for example, if an item is out of stock, the order appears fraudulent, or we cannot verify the payment. If you have already paid for a cancelled order, we’ll refund you in full.

Shipping & returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds policy, which form part of these terms. Delivery timelines shown on our site or shared with you are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary with your location and our courier partners. Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled only as set out in the Returns & Refunds policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this site - including designs, prints, logos, text and images - is owned by or licensed to SKWEE and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Who can order

You must be 18 or older to create an account or place an order. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must do it for you.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or infringe the rights of others. You must provide accurate and complete information when you create an account or place an order, and you must not use the site for fraud or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or data.

WhatsApp Communications

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta, to message customers. By placing an order or contacting us on WhatsApp, you agree to receive transactional WhatsApp messages about your orders - including order confirmations, payment, shipping and delivery updates, returns and exchanges, and customer support.

  • Promotional or offer messages are sent only to customers who have opted in. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
  • You must not send abusive, unlawful or spam content to us on WhatsApp. We may stop responding to, or block, accounts that misuse the channel.
  • Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s Terms of Service.
  • How we handle your chat data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SKWEE is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your statutory rights as a consumer, the courts at Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad, Gujarat, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site, and the “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed.
